Comment : Common resident and endemic. They live in grasslands and often along wooded rivers and reed-beds near trees. They feed on insects, spiders, nectar and seeds. They nest in colonies, building suspended nest on hanging branches on willow trees. Résident commun endémique. Ils vivent dans les zones herbeuses et souvent le long des rivières boisées et dans les roselières près des arbres. Ils se nourrissent d'insectes, araignées, nectar et graines. Ils nichent en colonies, construisant un nid suspendu à des branches pendantes dans les saules.
