Collared Sunbird - Hedydipna collaris
Souimanga à collier
Common, they live in forest and dense woodlands, also gardens. They may take nectar, hovering as hummingbirds, but usually, they perch to feed. They also consume insects and spiders. Often seen in pairs.
Communs, ils vivent dans la forêt ou les zones boisées épaisses, et aussi dans les jardins. Ils peuvent se nourrir de nectar en voltigeant comme les colibris, mais habituellement, ils se nourrissent en étant posés. Ils consomment aussi des insectes et des araignées. Ils sont souvent vus en couples.
