Marabou Stork - Leptoptilos crumenifer
Marabout d'Afrique
On the sandbanks of the Sabi River. They live in dry open savannahs near water. Often seen around fishing villages and rubbish dumps. They eat a wide variety of animals, from termites to adult flamingos. Parc National Kruger. Sur les rives sablonneuses de la Rivière Sabi. Ils vivent dans les savanes sèches et ouvertes, non loin de l'eau. Souvent vus autour des villages de pêcheurs et des décharges. Ils se nourrissent d'une grande variété d'animaux, allant des termites aux flamants adultes.
