They live on lakes, pools, marshes and shallow streams with trees. They feed on worms, aquatic insects and larvae, large terrestrial insects and amphibians. Ils vivent sur les lacs, les mares, las marécages et les cours d'eau peu profonds avec des arbres. Ils se nourrissent de vers, d'insectes aquatiques et de larves, de grands insectes terrestres et d'amphibiens.
