Hudsonian Godwit — This painting shows three migrating Hudsonian Godwits, in late summer plumage, pausing in Labrador on their way from their breeding grounds in northern Canada, to their wintering grounds in South America. They only breed in a few locations, in the western arctic, in northern Manitoba and in northern Ontario.
