African Sacred Ibis adult, breeding
They live in wetlands, off-shore islands, estuaries to grasslands. They feed on wide variety of small animals, vertebrates and invertebrates, insects, larvae, amphibians and small aquatic animals. Gregarious, they are often seen in flocks.

Ils vivent dans les zones humides, les îles au large, et des estuaires aux zones herbeuses. Ils se nourrissent d'une grande variété de petits animaux, vertébrés ou invertébrés, insectes, larves, amphibiens et petits animaux aquatiques. Grégaires, ils sont souvent vus en groupes.
