Eurasian Hoopoe (africana)
This bird nests in holes, using cavities and abandoned nests. Terrestrial and seen in pairs. They produce a pungent smell to keep predators at bay. Courtship rituals include courtship feeding, passing food up to 30 times before swallow it. Cet oiseau niche dans des cavités et des nids abandonnés. Il est terrestre et se voit souvent en couple. Il produit une odeur âcre qui tient les prédateurs à distance. Lors de leur parade nuptiale, ils s'échangent la nourriture plus de 30 fois avant de l'avaler.
