Giant Kingfisher male
It is the world's largest Kingfisher. It frequents a wide variety of aquatic habitats, rivers, lakes, coastal lagoons or mangroves. It feeds mainly on fish, crabs, frogs and small reptiles.

C'est le plus grand des martins pêcheurs au monde. Il fréquente une large variété d'habitats aquatiques, rivières, lacs, lagunes côtières ou mangroves. Il se nourrit de poissons, crabes, grenouilles et petits reptiles.
