Village Weaver female, adult
Common bird living in open habitats. Very vocal and gregarious, they breed in colonies. They weave the nest with grass and leaf strips, at the end of a branch and over water. They feed on seed and grain.
Oiseau commun vivant dans les espaces ouverts. Bruyant et grégaire, il se reproduit en colonies. Son nid est fait d'herbes et de morceaux de feuilles, placé au bout d'une branche au-dessus de l'eau. Il se nourrit de graines et de céréales.
